Applying to Frostburg State as an International Student

Apply by June 1st for Fall and October 15th for Spring to allow enough time for visa processing and travel.

International applicants follow the same application process as U.S. students. If your documents are not in English, you must provide official English translations.

English Language Proficiency

If English is not your first language, you must submit an official English test score after applying through the Common App or Online Application.
