Congratulations on choosing to attend Frostburg State!

Welcome to the Frostburg State University family! We look forward to providing an atmosphere in which you will continue to excel academically. In anticipation of your arrival on campus, we have provided the following checklist to assure that your transition to the University is a smooth one. To complete the following forms you will need your

  • Student ID
  • Username
  • Password

Your Student ID was included in your acceptance letter. Visit the Password Management page for information on your FSU username and password.

The forms listed below will help you complete your enrollment at Frostburg State University.

Pay your deposit (required)

Let us know you want to become a Frostburg State Bobcat by paying your deposit! You can pay your deposit online.

If paying your deposit online, be sure to have your FSU Username and Password accessible so that you can login.

Complete Your Housing Forms

Note: All full-time, first-year FSU students are required to complete one of two applications: our application to receive housing OR the application for exemption to the residency requirement.

Contact the Residence Life Office for Residence Hall information or Edgewood Commons for apartment information.

Complete and return your medical forms (required)

All forms must be completed through the Brady Health Patient Portal, once you have received your FSU username and password. Due date for requirements is August 1st for Fall semester and January 2nd for Spring semester. *The required records MUST BE scanned and uploaded through the Patient Portal. Our system is all electronic. NO mailed, fax or email copies of immunization records are accepted.*

Disability Support Services (DSS) is a University-funded program, and its purpose is to facilitate equal academic opportunity and enhance functional learning for students with any type of disability. All students are required to attend a Bobcat Welcome Session where students will complete orientation and registration.
