Advising for Students

Advising Services

Academic advising at Frostburg State University is designed to assist you in the development of meaningful educational plans that are compatible with your life goals. You are ultimately responsible for making decisions about your educational plans/life goals, as well as knowing and meeting the graduation requirements based on the catalog you are following. Faculty and staff academic advisors provide critical guidance by helping you identify alternatives and assess the consequences of your decisions.

After seeking help from your own advisor, you are welcome to stop by the Center for Academic Advising and Retention in Pullen 140 or email us at caar@frostburg.edu with any unanswered advising questions.
