Transcripts


Send transcripts to Frostburg State to complete your application.

Most colleges and universities have an online form where you can request transcripts. We need official copies, directly from the credit-granting institution—from every institution where you enrolled in classes.

You can submit transcripts electronically through a system like Parchment or via email to fsuadmissions@frostburg.edu. We also accept paper transcripts mailed to:

Transcript Evaluation and Transfer Process

  1. Apply to Frostburg State University.
  2. Submit official transcripts from every institution you attended.
    • We need official transcripts, directly from the credit-granting institution.
  3. Within 1-3 business days, you will get a full credit transfer evaluation. You will need your Frostburg State student username and password to access the evaluation. This evaluation will tell you which of your previous credits will transfer to Frostburg State University.
  4. You will receive a notification email when your transfer credit evaluation is ready for your review.
  5. After you pay your confirmation deposit, you will have access to an advising road map that shows how your credits apply to specific graduation requirements.
  6. You will be assigned a faculty advisor who will help you develop your course schedule and a semester-by-semester degree plan. You will receive this email closer to the start of the semester.
  7. Before the semester begins, you will meet with your advisor, who will clear you to sign up for your classes.
