Duplicate Diploma Request
The fee for this service is $35.00 per diploma and includes all shipping and handling charges. Frostburg State University has authorized Parchment Exchange to provide diploma ordering via the web. If you have already set up a Parchment account to order your transcripts, you will use this same account to order a duplicate diploma. If not, upon initial log in, you will be prompted to set up an account. Please use a valid email account. Do not use your FSU email account. (The accounts issued while a student at Frostburg will only remain active during your enrollment and for a short period after your final semester.)
