Western Maryland Scenic Railroad Excursions

CES and the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad unite! Make your CES experience even more special by taking a special round-trip train excursion on the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad.

After boarding the train in Cumberland, travelers will experience a scenic train journey to Frostburg while enjoying delicious hors d’oeuvres and signature beverages. Upon arriving at the historic Frostburg Train Depot, they’ll be shuttled to the performance. After the concert, they’ll hop on the train and travel back down the mountain to the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad Station

WMSR train packages in our 2024-25 season include the performances of The Second City, Cherish the Ladies and the Maryland Symphony Orchestra at FSU’s Woodward D. Pealer Performing Arts Center Recital Hall and Appalatin and Jumaane Smith at the Frostburg Palace Theatre.
