The Financial Aid Office will not award any financial aid to returning students until it has received all items required for the verification process.
  • Mid-June: The Financial Aid Office typically begins emailing electronic award notification instructions to returning students to their official Frostburg State email account.
  • July 1: Instructions on how to accept a Stafford Loan and information on how to apply for a Parent PLUS Loan are made available.
