Frostburg State University Announces Improvements to MBA Program Delivery
Frostburg State University’s College of Business, starting with the fall semester, will change the course session structure in its Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the traditional 15-week semester-long program to two seven-week sessions each semester, complementing two six-week sessions offered in the summer.

The LaVale Lions Club’s chicken barbeque fundraisers are popular events in Allegany County, with people from all over flocking to Lions Field in LaVale for chicken prepared in the Lions’ secret marinade. Each year, the Lions serve about 40,000 chicken meals.
