A production schedule is a formalized and detailed breakdown of everything that will occur on the day of your event.  A production schedule is required for all events which require advanced technical assistance, staffing support, etc., and ensures that both the event planners and those who are supporting the event are "on the same page."  

Production schedules provide a micro-level view of the event and all activities that take place during the event.  From the time a rehearsal starts until the last guest leaves the venue, a production schedule details all activities that will take place.
