"Frostburg State University: Cool Summer Nights... Warm Mountain Hospitality..." is the description we have used for camps here for many years. A sampling of camps and their web sites is listed below.
In 1999, we also began work toward hosting the Schoolhouse Quilters Guild quilt show. Meanwhile, whenever camp groups had t-shirts made, they might leave one or two, and then students would want the shirt. We were ready to cut each one into 12 pieces, divided equally, since many people work together to make your camp a success. Hey, what a great idea! The making of a conferences quilt was born. A quilt is perfect for the cool summer nights. Several groups have even used the quilt for their presentations, and we will keep it on display all summer.
