This resource provides information on policies and procedures, best practices for event planning, requesting space on campus, potential expenses, as well as event planning deadlines. This site will guide you through the event planning process from idea generation to evaluating your event.

From reserving a room for a small meeting to planning an event for hundreds of people with catering, extra security, additional housekeeping staff, and advanced lighting/sound, this website will aid you through the entire process. Please review the policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as utilize the event planning checklist to ensure all your needs are taken care of for your next event.
Did you know? As a member of the Frostburg State University community, the Lane University Center’s meeting facilities are available for your department or student organization’s use at NO CHARGE. This includes the basic setup of the event space with tables and chairs (theater-style seating, banquet tables, classroom style, etc.) INCLUDING laptop/LCD projector use, and basic house sound systems in some spaces.
