Graphic Overlays
Overlay Graphics
With the Lane University Center’s Live Streaming services, groups will also be able to include overlay graphics to enhance their attendee’s virtual event experience. Overlay graphics seamlessly integrate with a live stream to create visual cues for attendees. These cues may include presenter names/titles, scenes within a production, social media feeds and hashtags, or a variety of other items and notifications.
Standard Graphic Templates can be found here.
In order to include these graphics within your virtual event, the Lane University Center will need the following information outlined in your completed Production Schedule:
- The name of the graphic template
- The time/section of the event it should be shown
- The text to be written in the template, including the main and sub-headline if applicable.
Social Media Feeds
If a group would like to present a feed on social media, the Lane University Center will need:
- The time/section of the event it should be shown
- The platform to be used (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- The hashtag to be presented OR the account and account credentials needed to show the account stream
Custom Graphics
If a group would like to create a custom graphic, the Lane University Center will need:
- The graphic in a .PNG format
- The file must be less than 8.3 million pixels (Image files that are 1920 x 1080 pixels works best)
Please note that any areas of the graphic that are NOT transparent will cover up the live stream video feed.
