Welcome to Frostburg State University’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social & Behavioral Sciences website! Here you can explore the many rewarding opportunities offered by the college. We provide students with a transformative educational experience through engaging liberal arts and creative arts programs grounded in a flexible, broad-based general education program. With ten departments spanning the arts, humanities, and social sciences, we offer fifteen undergraduate programs and a master’s degree program in counseling psychology. The college mission is implemented through a diverse, recognized, credentialed faculty committed to excellence in student-centered learning, scholarship and creative artistic production, and community outreach and service.
